If I encrypt my Western Digital on Mac, how do I access it on Windows boot camp?

i encrypted external drive on mac, doesn't show on windows boot camp :mad:
 

if external drive encrypted , has hfs+ partition (like mac os extended journaled), windows may not able see it.
