iPhone 6 on latest iOS screen wont rotate

like title says, screen won't rotate.

know can lock it, , show little lock icon in top right of screen if on, feature disabled...

started notice few of apps open, , reason flip upside down, , couldn't them reverse, had flip phone around.

i've noticed not that, can't screen rotate if flip sideways. watching video or browsing on web page. it's stuck straight , down (which better flipping upside down apps guess)

can't imagine setting, i'm hoping phone isn't messed up. ideas?
 

restored phone, still doesn't work...... anyone?
