Which processor for new MacBook Pro 13"?

i surf web, etc., 1) want laptop last 5 years, 2) want run @ least 1 external monitor, , 3) i'd run flight simulator x (graphics intensive).

i've decided upgrade 16gb ram. do processor? leave @ basic i5 ... jump bit mid-tier i5 ... or go i7?

thanks.
 

i don't think i7 utilised in gaming gaming doesn't take use of hyper threading (so read)
