Macbook Pro won't Power on...no indicator Light on Power Adapter

my sister-in-laws 2011 macbook pro 13" wont power on, nor indicator on power adapter come on.

i've tried known working power adapter 2011 macbook , it's fine. in fact, power adapter hers works fine on other 2011 macbook.

i'm wandering should @ first or things try @ least come life data off. don't mind taking apart. ideas issue is? see before?
