Safe to disconnect Pay?

may sound stupid question, want have bases covered. i'm running ios 8.1 jailbroken. paid apple watch using pay , in order restore , upgrade, must disconnect it. shouldn't affect order should it?
 

disconnecting have no effect on previous apple pay transactions.
