Zeppelin Air setup issue

i bought za couple months ago. first day got spent 12 hours trying set up. after 8 hours of frustration saw "zepp air setup" in wifi list when clicked not connect. tried ethernet connection , no luck. when give saw wrote if hold down volume button go purple , worked. set , go. issue remote control did not work. thing did not come ethernet cord though crutchfield said would. when complained sent me whole new unit instead of remote. had issues setting unit decided keep old unit , new remote , sent else back.

fast forward month...we upgraded our internet got new router. have been putting off setting thing again until today. did did before...plugged in ethernet...hit power button flashing red. held down volume down. purple flashing. went 169.254.1.1 , signed in. came in itunes , music played. relieved when unplugged ethernet stopped working. not work wirelessly.

did reset paper clip , can not flashing purple anymore @ all. green flashing.

thing outrageous...for price hard set correctly.
