AirDrop Device Name Issue

i've run peculiar issue while using airdrop between macbook , new iphone: both devices incorrectly refer other "ipod". can send files , forth fine, it's cosmetic issue. still, ideas on how fix it?

i had issues iphone6+ not airdrop photos friends iphone 6. show "waiting" stage "reject" whilst had not rejected airdrop.
rebooted phone holding home button simultaneously pressing off/ on button (top right hand side); started off/ on button (top right hand side). airdropped works great now!
suggest reboot more often.
