How do I downgrade 2012 Mac Pro firmware to 2010?

i have had enough of yosemite (incompatibility issues, stability issues, slow speeds etc...) want go snow leopard. problem is, snow leopard isn't supported on 2012 mac pro (3.2ghz). know 2010 mac pro identical 2012, , lot of people 2010 mac pros upgrade firmware 2012. want reverse snow leopard compatible. so, how downgrade firmware of 2012 mac pro 2010?
 

they're same machine. snow leopard disc work in 1 without problem.
