How to tell Siri to stop listening and start processing?

on iphone 6, how tell siri i'm done talking? there gesture, or word? "stop" on old-timey telegraph?

when i'm giving siri commands, continues listen after i'm done speaking. it's in car, or @ home background noise. guess she's picking noise waiting silence? don't remember being issue on iphone 5.

you can press microphone icon in bottom-center of screen once she's activated. end query in situation it's noisey.
