Reminder not syncing with iCloud after a while

i have iphone 6 plus 8.1.2 syncs icloud (calendar, reminder, etc). works great.

got ipad mini 3 8.1.3. set iphone. however, reminder times not sync icloud. changes made mac syncs icloud.com , iphone, not ipad.

have go settings -> icloud -> name , reenter icloud account password syncs. after while, stopped syncing again.

have issue ipad or 8.1.3?
 

try open ical app on ipad , let sync. sync reminders also.
