Considering a cMP, can it drive 2x 4k displays?

going move on late '13 15" rmbp more powerful. first thought refurb nmp seems upgraded in next 6 months waiting til 2nd gen nmp refurbs become available seems best option.

in meantime, want can drive 2x 4k displays. knowing nothing cmp:

1 - can done?
2 - how simple it? it'll work machine don't want deal changing kexts/having fiddle every time there software update
3 - rough costs? if going close $2,500 makes more sense refurb now, imo.

assuming can find 1 on craigslist, flash it, ram/cpu upgrades, gpu?

 

get nvidia 970/980 card , can driver 2 4k.

better yet mac edition form mvc, have 4k bootscreen
