Finder Get Info Icon problem

i graphic designer used open 'get info' windows , copy little icons folder icons....that way search folders graphic...it quicker. since yosemite can no longer that....so used "img2cns" app manually create icns files , worked....but they're not same system icons....the system ones have drop shadow under them. know how make these?? yes know useless liked make them......thanks.
