Genius bar issue with AppleCare on rMBP with screen coating problem

hi everyone,

have rmbp 13" (late 2013). many others have problem coating in screen makes these "marks". of these marks not in actual screen on bezel.

yesterday visited apple store , went genius bar (it under applecare warranty). showed issue appropriate person , told me cosmetic issue , why cannot fixed. however, told me try best , replace it.

also, told me if laptop has water in it, cannot fixed. however, applecare says must not work because of water damage, since screen not related if laptop works or not due water. why should care? in case laptop never had water spilled on it.

left laptop there , gave me 3-5 day window check out. question is, should if call me , tell me need pay $400+ fixed?

lol! got email apple laptop ready pickup without other notice. so, guess replaced , go!
