iPad Stylus, Screen Protector, and Case for iPad Air 2

hello,
first post in forum. i'm going buy first ever ipad air 2 in 1 or 2 days, i'm sorry noob questions. i'm looking stylus, screen protector, , case.

1) stylus:
in addition reading lot of books, use note-taking, sketching proofs, math stuffs including sub-subscripts, super-superscripts, integrals, , complicated equations. post picture of hand-writing later. understand inconvenience of stylus compared pen , paper, want best possible.
software should use? have palm rejection?

2) screen protector:
reason consider i'm afraid stylus scratch screen. i'm looking @ zagg invisibleshield hdx , glass, i'm not sure 1 right me. need smooth writing because i'm slow writer. heard hdx has rubber feeling, while glass easy crack.

3) case:
i'm thinking smart case, i'm open suggestions.

side question: need 64gb? friend said ipad software large, 64gb better. don't have many songs (< 1000 songs) , don't have record vids.

64 fine long time (16 abit small nowadays), , can use cloud if need more space.

air2 uses differend kind of technology in screen save battery earlier models. , companies trying styluses working it. right working stylus dumb stylus. other styluses work if work, better not @ all. need read reviews, check possible vids , apps specific pen , decide if can live get...

if going carry ipad you, case zipper or similar. otherwise things, paper clips, coins etc between cover , screen in bag.

btw. delta in proof? said there delta > 0, definition delta? wondering when reading page in link...
