A deleted encrypted disk image still recoverable?

greetings all,

seems ensuring complete wipe of ssd complicated. however, option create disk image drag confidential files to, , encrypt filevault, unmount it, , delete disk image using trash normal delete? in case, if recover disk image, still useless , unaccessible without password?

tips or insight! :)

no, because still potentially have files or remnants of files left in unused space on disk. best way turn on filevault entire disk security & privacy pane, boot recovery , erase the disk , reinstall. have erased entire encrypted disk.
