Bad performance rMBP mid 2014

hello,

since september 2014 i've got myself beautiful rmbp mid 2014.

specs:
2,5-ghz quad-core intel core i7-processor
16 gb 1600-mhz ddr3l
512gb ssd
intel iris pro graphic processor
nvidia geforce gt 750m 2 gb gddr5

, i've got following problem. adobe collection of apps has been slow... unusual slow. use macbook school. , simple indesign page ( few columns of text , picture or 2) handle powerful macbook.

in adobe apps lags hell. 5 frames second.

got problem when updating yosemite. on second partition downgraded mavericks. , problem still persists....

how can fix this? can't send apple because can't 2 weeks without macbook school...

hope i'm clear enough.

have fixed disk permissions, reset pram, smc etc (the usual drill)?

have problem adobe software? have light room , photoshop , run fine. when had base model macbook air.
