[Dropbox] Deleted Photos in Camera Uploads. Can't Re-Sync.

i had synced entire camera roll iphone dropbox, recently, went through camera roll on iphone , deleted several pictures. didn't want go through dropbox , same, decided delete entire camera uploads (as deleted versions) , re-sync, now, cannot re-sync photos again. new photos upload fine, though. i've tried re-installing ios app, no luck. can do?
