How Do You ADD an Event to Calendar (ie Time Specfic)

i have looked cannot find how can add event work iphone 5s. lets me open day , such not let me put specific time uses current time event looking add not correct time event , shows following day 24 hours later , next day , on, has no arrow next start / end times on right side of screen , trying add reminder event cannot change time event.

not smart phones , technology need step step if can detailed instructions??
