IPhone 5s with latest IOS version issue:

this started happening since upgraded latest ios version. when phone in sleep mode, screen come on without me touching phone. stay on few seconds, , go black "slide turn off phone" slider @ top , white circle "x" in center, , @ bottom of circle word "cancel."

happen couple of more times, , when phone goes sleep mode again, stays in sleep mode until awaken phone. then, issue comes back

experiencing this? did both reset , hard reset, , neither fixes issue.
 

try restoring again , setup new, if problem persists, guess, kind of hw problem.
