LG tv no sound on component

hello,

trying connect lg tv component dvd player. problem have no sound there picture.

can see in image attached, there single connection component wires colored in green. there none audio. did attach red+white wires composite connection (the yellow 1 in picture) , inserted in says "audio" .

no use, 1 one know how work thing? tested dvd player through hdmi worked well.

it may tv expecting audio input coming digital source rather analogue audio pair here there may option in settings specify audio source component input. otherwise, if tv has single hdmi input, external hdmi switch box , use that. have 1 has 4 inputs because long ago ran out of hdmi sockets on set.

Battery Cycles

okay, know how battery cycles , work. want know is: how many cycles battery has how old battery is how many mah macbook shipped with how many mah have now reading thread on different site macbook batteries , commenting battery info. of them commenting saying reached 120 cycles per year. 1 guy said mac 3 years old on 250 cycles (avg. 83 year). think person had 400 after 2 years. in 'system information' says age of macbook 3 months old (when arrived said 1 months old, i've had 2 months) , have 98 cycles, using many cycles? i'm asking because realised apple batteries more or less useless @ holding charge after 1000 cycles , if i'm averaging 100 every 2 months gives me 1.7 years until macbook more or less desktop... to me seems poor previous windows laptops owned lasted long , expect lot more machine on £1k. (i have been told batteries in newer macbooks glued in place , replacing battery hard job , cost lots of money, mistake...

SSD Performing Poorly
