Windows 7 and Bluetooth mouse Bootcamp


greetings macrumors!

installed windows 7 home premium 64x on white macbook (3,1) late 2007. used have bootcamp on machine since 2010 when had xp in 2012 had 7 , had same issue.

have microsoft mouse 5000 connects macbook via bluetooth , works great! love it. nice 3 button mouse plus scroll wheel. issue following:

in windows when select bluetooth pair it, windows pairs device doesnt work. windows detects , pairs nothing more. see mouse show correct model number , has little black circle around it. , after few mouse disappears bluetooth page.

mouse works know because boot osx , fine.
read somewhere issue exists windows update replacing drive bootcamp put in. how check/ confirm that?
 

upon looking closer found windows wouldnt let me install bluetooth driver given apple instead installed generic 1 isnt working... how can stop windows doing this?
