Alarm Swipes vs Timer Taps: Purposefully Confusing?

i use alarm feature timer feature various reminders every day.
timer have tap screen make stop. simple enough, alarm should not tap (it wants swipe), or snooze , go off again later , there's nothing can it. it's it's punishing forgetting check if it's timer or alarm going off.
drives me mental because hitting wrong one; making snooze , adding second erroneous alarm in day.
it's small thing, gets old dealing every day. when simple apple have consistency between them.
 

i swipe turn off either alarm or timer sound lock screen consistent way me. when alarm set snooze feature can turned off. when alarm or timer pop-up occurs while using iphone tap on menu stop either alarm or timer sound again consistent me. have different sounds timer , alarm easy tell occurring. staying sane.
