Emailing photos from iPhoto library through Outlook.com web mail

is there direct way email photos iphoto library through outlook.com or gmail.com web mail interface (= not through apple mail)?

think can done first dragging photos finder , attach them files in web mail interface - maybe wrong , there more elegant , direct way?
