Sideload .ibooks Books in iOS 8

i have interactive book have exported ibooks author .ibooks file. seem remember 1 used able sideload non-drm ibooks file opening link in safari on ipad , telling open file in ibooks. apple's terms , conditions allows distribute .ibooks file via web link long not charging content.

using ios 8 i've been able safari prompt me file 1 time. every subsequent attempt ends blank white screen.
