Need URGENT HELP!!!

yesterday, playing around pangu jailbroken iphone 4s running ios 7.1.2.. :cool: messed music playlist , having battery issues relates ios had downloaded ios 7.1.2 iphone (as love ios 7.1.2 , don't want upgrade) decided restore factory defaults settings.. go icloud website , on find iphone option , click on erase iphone (just fun activate phone own had iphone 5 icloud locked) after iphone connected wifi connection , normal , normal restore apple logo appears , loading bar below apple logo appears , completes loading , after buffering circle appears , continuously going round , round , round , round... after 2 hours battery dead , plugged charger , reboots , turns on.. in phone , there nothing had been reset whilst in swiping right left turns off again apple logo , loading bar , spinning/buffering wheel/cirlce ...whoaa stuck in restore loop.. tried hard reset home+power button 5-8 seconds turns on phone again put me in buffering circle.. ughhh i'm irritated ... had nothing do.. ain't go panic calmly opened laptop , put iphone dfu mode. tried restore itunes 7.1.2 .. tried tinyumbrella .. edited/unedited (both) hosts file
no luck.. tried open settings , erase settings in mean while gives mean time of 10-12 seconds of loading springboard. when .. automatically takes me loading screen...
there way solve problem?
dont want jailbreak neither data , dont want upgrade ios 8.2 slows down iphone operation.
.. want phone alive ios 7 :rolleyes::apple:

i'm sorry aren't going able want.

1. jailbreaks since ios 7 have made restore device problematic. if wanted full restore have needed put device in dfu mode.

2. tinyumbrella , blobs , older ipsws , whatnot irrelevant now. apple not signing 7.1.2. cannot restore 7.1.2. can restore version of ios apple signing. right now, that's 8.2.

3. put phone in dfu mode , connect itunes. make sure hosts file has modifications made removed , restore 8.2.

again. cannot restore 7.1.2.
