Pairing Apple Watch with Car

has paired apple watch car yet? tried morning, , unsuccessful - not sure why. car capable of pairing 2 different bluetooth devices @ once (1 phone+media, 1 phone only).

there's not great reason can think of doing other being able answer call watch , have go through car's mic/speakers.

devices seem able see each other, won't pair. has tried , been successful?
 

unless car iphone, don't think work.
