So many problems with my Macbook Pro

i have 2011 mbp has had various issues on years.

2 months ago started crashing more once day , needed reloaded time machine backups.

os crashes, safari, chrome, mac mail...sometimes don't know...

in ignorance thought maybe hard drive old , full of junk; bought new 512gb ssd replace original drive , 500gb hybrid drive replace superdrive while @ it.

changed drives , booted usb yosemite startup drive perform clean install. there few glitches ended working ok. know have clean yosemite os , ready start on new super mbp...

however, seems not problem misbehaving again , computer virtually useless keeps restarting every 10mins, crashing programs , not working.

have 2.53 ghz intel core 2 duo
4gb 1067 mhz ddr3
nvidia geforce 9400m 256mb

advice appreciated.

it (most likely) being caused faulty graphics card. apple has initiated extended repair program 15" models - if have. if case, take apple store , them diagnose , fix it.

^ edit: scratch that, given specs sure have 2011 model? specs match mid 2009 model.
