Touch screen not accurate

has else noticed high latency , not accurate touch screen in occasions?
when try put volume up/down remote music player, or when set targets workout (increase/decrease goal), have try 4/5 times before watch responds, , have tap harder should... noticed problem when try go on previews pages of apps tapping top left corner, or more when click on app icon on home screen.
when move around icons on home page, perfect, if touch borders of screen, responds perfectly, make me think of software issue more hardware.
else? :s
 

isn't easier adjust volume , goals using digital crown.
