i after advice please people , have owned imac 5k since launch upgrade bug persists. please let me begin , ordered top/high spec model due great university savings . question have opened imac , replaced fusion drive setup 512gb ssd late 2013 mbpr , , 3tb mechanical hdd crucial m500 960gb ssd . have got working great yosemite on main 512gb pcie ssd , windows on 960gb ssd ! problem , keep reading trim not work apple computer unless drive generic , both drives showing trim enabled , hope thinking correct , windows via bootcamp taking care of crucial drive , osx looking after pcie drive . question simple have got trim enabled on both drives current setup.
 

you either misreading or misunderstanding.

trim works (out of box) on mac osx yosemite (not "with apple computer", os) if ssd supplied apple. can modify mac osx trim enabler software if using non-apple ssd.

if you're using apple-supplied ssd on osx, you're fine.

if you're using aftermarket ssd on windows only, you're fine.

if deactivate trim , never use it, you'll fine.

don't worked it.
