Build date linkable to activity app indicators?

i have noticed there 2 days on activity log showing circle, app active no movement tracked. me 14th , 15th of april nothing 12 days until 23rd when watch shipped me. starting on 24th proper activity tracking begins. wonder if days 15th 23rd either when apple watch being shipped after manufacture , the. stored, 2 days of being shipped , sitting in warehouse 2 weeks. else notice in month-long activity log "phantom "activity ?
 

i have 2 phantom ring days on april 8th , 9th. watch serial number indicates manufactured in april, maybe part of testing process.
