Double Click Problems

hi all,

use performance mx logitech mouse on imac 5k.

mouse has started automatically double clicking , other annoying behaviour, e.g., if select area of text , drag select more deselect of it.

running latest version of yosemite. tested mouse on different mac running yosemite , doesn't exist, rules out mouse hardware issues.

it's frustrating thing ever. won't use imac because can't put behaviour.

please, suggestions.

perhaps mouse causing issues, did try using different mouse see of symptoms exist? if not, related mouse.
