Anyone use "On the Job" time tracking/invoice software?

i did decent amount of computer consulting work several years ago , used billings track accounts , make invoices.

wanted supplement income bit , pick left off, noticed billings went cloud/subscription based system have no interest in. since not full time gig me, might go several months without activity.

i've been poking around google find new package use. came across stunt software's "on job" looks similar billings. curious if had real world experience it, or possibly other suggestions software at?

ultimately, time tracking isn't of issue; able make quotes/proposals, create invoices, , keep track of customer balances.

info!

looked , noticed had posted on older thread asking same question... 1 of posts mentioned zylot took quick peek @ website. looks it's more web-based scenario i'm not sure if idea of. (guess i'm old-skool , want data locally stored) also, when click on "try invoicing" button, you're brought "agree terms , service" screen. when click view terms, you're greeted "whoops, looks went wrong."

looks on job hasn't been updated in quite time. found comment on macupdate website:

there's program called totals 2 (kedisoft.com) looks promising. 1 of macupdate comments pretty situation of being previous billings user didn't want pay monthly fees. downside it's $129. @ point, might better off paying monthly fees quickbooks online or other service...

i have 2 friends use daylight, need crm capabilities. daylight takes lot of time learn... you've been warned :d, it's powerful software.

use custom merlin template track company's project work , expenditures, i'm not willing hand out template it's proprietary. merlin's users groups have several templates build tracking mechanisms from.

coolest tracking software i've seen either singles or teams klok (single users) , klokwork (teams). klok has been around quite time, getting better age, , cross-platform. oh, , it's cheap either package. klok has had connectors other companies - including basecamp, harvest, paymo, , asana.
