i trying downgrade ipad mini 2 ios 8.1.2 because ios 8.1.3 doesn't provide better me, want go ios 8.1.2 , jailbreak. websites tried downloading ipsw, download way slow. progress bar isn't moving @ hour. have 40mbps speed internet, not slow.
