Problems with the Apple Watch

after both trying on apple watch , playing functional model (on display can't tried on), i've observed following:

1. quality.

build quality not issue. on contrary, feels expect apple products feel like. had not preordered , telling myself wasn't interested until 2nd or 3rd generation model once made improvements such making thinner, better battery life, , additional sensors, seeing generation generation upgrade cycle (would bands work multiple generations, etc), went try-on no real expectations. surprised @ feel, , nice weight of stainless steel model. of course switched feeling of want. why think want try on. led me to...

2. band options , respective pricing.

gravitate link bracelet because recent watches, citizen eco-drive, seiko kinetic, victorinox friend's tag have had style band. i'm not fan of leather or acrylic style bands. when tried on stainless steel link bracelet surprised how end felt. , of course want level increased. likewise happy @ feel of sport band use switch out link bracelet working out or other activities don't want wear link. pricing huge issue. nice watch nice band worth $1000 nice watch , not wearable tech has built in obsolescence. , when consider sport band stainless version $600, $400 more nicer band absurd. no movado or tag sold quantifying band @ $400-500 of watch pricing. in truth @ price, link versions should include black or white sport band free reasons mentioned.

3. ui.

messing display model, felt aspects of watch ui not intuitive , never issue ipod, iphone or ipad @ point in evolution, generations. see more clean watch faces too. know can turn off corner markers, feel unless there notification of sort or using glance, want nice watch when @ it. videos have been posted show how cool siri can watch , of functionality can do. disappointing there not more watch faces.

that's $.02. want 1 more did ss link , runs $1,000 plus $50 backup band isn't acceptable considering 12-18 months apple watch 2 out , there no way know resale value, whether expensive link bracelet band translate version 2 or 3. don't know $400 sport band sport aluminum watch functionality save on cost , give nice watch now.
 

exactly. own expensive rado love , keep. use "date" watch. choosing sg sport watch can experiment having apple watch/smart watch , see how it. make life little better because of unique benefits? if can @ choosing different bands snap on , off baed on mood , activity. bought couple of click m's can buy aftermarket bands if choose.

if turns out don't love , prefer wear rado everyday, well, thats ok , haven't lost money. i'm quite able sell on craigslist reasonable amount of money year now.

besides, fun! :) haven't been excited new toy since bought networked amplifier audio system.
