Switching Enclosures

i have 2 owc external enclosures on mavericks 2012 mini w/2 internal 1 tb hdds.

encl 1 fw800/usb3.0 encl, connected fw, 240gig owc ssd (clone of internal hd1 os).

encl 2 usb3.0 enclosure 2tb hdd 2 partitions (1- timemachine backup of internal hd1 containing os; 2- ccc backup of internal hd2 containing data only).

question: if physically switch ssd & hdd between enclosures (including external boot ssd, tm backup, , ccc scheduled backups) still work or enclosure switch confuse everything?
