Can I link my iP6 to new car stereo only?

i don't want leave bluetooth on , have phone broadcast every bluetooth receiver finds. can link new stereo phone , text capabilities , not have turn bluetooth off when not in car?
 

your bluetooth won't connect unless "paired" device.

also, remember leaving bluetooth on time, when not connected anything, still uses power, , result in less battery life.
