CCC4 cannot unmount disk after cloning

hi all,

purchased carbon copy cloner 4, , discovered had option unmount target drive after finishing backup. enabled it, drive not unmount. cannot unmount drive in finder without getting warning drive in use. have looked through console logs, , not able figure out program preventing unmounting of drive. have volume excluded spotlight, not running antivirus, @ loss. re-partitioned drive , started fresh clone, , did not help.

how can find program preventing me unmounting? thanks.
 

i use ccc4 , unmounts external fine no special settings. mine eject in finder, sounds have else going on.

run command below in terminal real drive name , list apps accessing drive pin down problem.
