Which MacBook Pro Retina 13" should I purchase?

i upgrading mid-2010 mbp, , using programs photoshop, cinema 4d , maya, graphics intensive games , bootcamp. planning buy high-spec tier, should i7 configuration? make of difference use for? should 16-gb ram upgrade? have 16gb ram on 2010mbp, along 1tb ssdhd hybrid.
 

among 13" rmbps, i7 upgrade useless because it's dual core cpu i5s.

16gb should come in useful cinema 4d , maya.

if play graphics intensive games, no 13" rmbp suit you. need 15" rmbp 750m @ minimum. integrated cards don't play graphics intensive games bf4.
