Mail.app, Yosemite: my display name has suddenly changed

hi folks,

when receive message, to: field says 'holidays in united kingdom' instead of name. i've checked accounts in system preferences, i've checked preference panel in mail, , i've checked accounts remotely (icloud , google apps work) , can't find being set. it's happening multiple senders i'm problem @ end.

ideas?

did check how setup in contacts, i.e., address book controls how name being seen on emails.
