private/var/log/asl files: weird iTunes stuff

hi all,

running os 10.5.8 on ancient macbook. noticed rather large log files eating hdd space, , wanted delete them, scanned through them first see if idea of going on.

turns out i'm getting same thing itunes on , over: on 11316 lines long!
