iPad Ipad 2 sound problems

i new forum , english isn't first language i'll try best describe problem :)

have tv , surround system, , ipad 2 connected tv hdmi adapter plays music on surround system.

problem there intense sparkling sound coming surround system when aux , hdmi adapter in ipad same time. if take 1 of them out, sparkling stops. can play music hear sparkling sound in background.

i've tried make power cable tv without ground, i've tried use hdmi equalizer , i've tried using deifferent adapters without succsess..

have clue problem can be? :)

what hearing feedback thru sound system , it's being produced ipad 2. problem ipad 2 not have direct "audio line out" bypass it's audio amp , provide straight audio signal source sound system. that's fighting.

need digital audio processor "dap" true line out don't think ipad 2 capable of.
