New 11" screen issues - 2nd exchange

i picked new 11" 256gb today, has few issues. last week bought 11" 128 apple store, exchanged because thought $100 13" better offer. didn't form factor brought 11" 256gb.
but, has 2 issues. 1st, lcd washed out, @ 1/2 brightness screen extremely dim. try , fix washed out color problem, downloaded custom color profile lg screen. seemed fix color, it's not bright last 2 air's had.
2nd issue lcd. between bezel, , actual lcd, there 1-2mm of black. has it, on every laptop. problem 1 though on 1 side, it's 2mm, , other it's 1mm. end result screen "slightly" crooked. , it's annoying.

11" 128 bought had perfect lcd, color's & bezel. same 13. these might seem small issues, after $1200 spent, want screen.

question this, apple give me hard time if ask 11" 256. it's not i'm looking exchange again, want decent lcd.
once notice lcd being crooked, it's see time.
 

if got apple store can exchange till satisfied. typically easy going. know mean screen being off centered. i've seen , annoy me well. swap till satisfied. said 1200 needs perfect.

Battery Cycles

okay, know how battery cycles , work. want know is: how many cycles battery has how old battery is how many mah macbook shipped with how many mah have now reading thread on different site macbook batteries , commenting battery info. of them commenting saying reached 120 cycles per year. 1 guy said mac 3 years old on 250 cycles (avg. 83 year). think person had 400 after 2 years. in 'system information' says age of macbook 3 months old (when arrived said 1 months old, i've had 2 months) , have 98 cycles, using many cycles? i'm asking because realised apple batteries more or less useless @ holding charge after 1000 cycles , if i'm averaging 100 every 2 months gives me 1.7 years until macbook more or less desktop... to me seems poor previous windows laptops owned lasted long , expect lot more machine on £1k. (i have been told batteries in newer macbooks glued in place , replacing battery hard job , cost lots of money, mistake...

SSD Performing Poorly
