Battery issues already? Apple Watch won't charge

so got watch morning , when booted on 80% charged. played around lot, setting things , testing out features. battery @ 63% , decided test out charger while went , showered. showered 15 minutes , when got out battery had dropped 60%. left on charger, finished getting ready, made phone call on iphone , avoided touching watch @ in order let charge more. it's been on hour since started charging before shower , took off charger @ 58%.

why battery dropping while it's on charger? watch warm , charger. watch shows charging on screen when connected it.

try charging theirs yet?
 

sounds odd, charger works fine.
