iPad Air 2 - Update 8.3 Apps Store Not Workgin

recently updated ipad air 2 not able download apps app store. starts download nothing happens, tried restore already.
 

i'm having same issue on ios 8.4 devices , assumed beta bug. must app store. try again tomorrow
