Straps may be limited editions?

one thought occurred me, since i'm looking @ nintendo amiibo figures evening...

perhaps apple going making of straps "limited editions". perhaps fall, we'll see existing modern buckle straps go away, maybe replaced same design , new colors, or maybe *all* go away entirely, replaced totally different design.

put pressure on people buy now, because @ moment apple put out new straps , old ones become collectors items. maybe they'll have super-limited versions (less 1000 made) , hope we'll building huge strap collections.

frankly, i'd surprised if 3rd party maker isn't thinking of right now; make own premium limited edition bracelets , price them high margin apple.
 

if not being made apple, gives .... how limited is.
