Continuity / Handoff no longer working

hello, have iphone 5s , new macbook pro 13" 2015.

both signed icloud , handoff enabled on both devices, bluetooth turned on, same wifi etc.

when first set mac, handoff worked fine, i've noticed handoff not work, , other features of continuity don't work, example when clicked wifi in menu bar on mac previously, iphone show tethering option, doesn't. airdrop doesn't appear work either.

devices can not see each other in bluetooth preferences in either device @ moment. earlier today see each other, not connect.

i'm not sure made stop working, trying connect ps4 controller via bluetooth may have played part. additionally, messing around old macbook pro i'm selling tomorrow - there crossover of bluetooth (both called elliot's macbook pro - i've renamed 1 "elliot's macbook").

i've tried signing in , out of icloud on both devices, i'm @ bit of loss :(
 

check firewall settings. need allow incoming connections.
