Need help with converting to a new Harddrive (SSD)

so, i've been looking around, , cant seem find out how this.

bought new ssd (as mount) , have put computer. have formatted mac os extended (journaled), know works.

so, want do.

want make ssd primary harddrive, , have macintosh hd on (if can)

i'm sure simple thing do, i've been more of pc person, getting macs.

thank in advance!
 

you can either fresh install ssd, or use superduper clone existing hard drive ssd, or restore time machine backup drive.

in case, once have bootable os on it, use startup disk in system preferences tell boot off ssd instead. or hold down option key after poweron , can select drive wan boot to.
