anyone know happens watch face when initiating phone call on paired iphone? iow, let's have time displayed on watch, , use iphone make call. time disappear watch goes "phone mode"?

can make watch display time constantly, or screen time out , go black if don't lift arm, or hold or place watch in manner?

don't want thing disappearing when need precise time perform (obviously, time critical) task!
