Webpages black and white when first opening on iPhone 6 plus

title pretty says all. when first open webpage it's black , white. split second , color comes normal. after period of time, doesn't if scroll through bookmarks or . if end tasks , reopen page happen. using chrome , wondering if has insight ? googled , searched forum , couldn't find anything.
 

i believe that's how chrome displays cached web sites. when come it shows in black , white sort of indicate it's older cached version (or screenshot) while more recent version loaded , appears in color.
