Windows 7/8.1 both giving resolution problems on 13in late 13 MBPR.

hey, i've installed both os , i've noticed screen zoomed out lot. i'm on 13" mbp late 13, , without using 150% text size feature un-usable.
zooming in, applications can't used since can't capture images. im using bootcamp purely able play runescape without freezing greatly, need use program can't interact runescape due high dpi resolution (i think??).
in addition this, cs 1.6 can't played due resolution. used highest available, , recommended, setting.

there can have run normal windows computer would, otherwise bootcamp brilliant.

i afraid have lower resolution. had lower resolution 1920x1080 on late 2013 mbp because otherwise looked small.
